The ladies inside are quite helpful. And besides knowing the locations of all their inventory, they also know the purpose of the products, and the colors, styles and lengths of all the hair. Love this place!
I visited this store on yesterday. I wanted to purchase the Purple Pack which was being sold at a rate of $37.99 for 2 packs. I only needed 1 because I had already purchased 1 pack from Hair Depot. Hair Depot did not have the 2 packs available that I needed, so I visited this store for the other pack. Even though the sale was $37.99 for 2 packs, she wanted me to pay $21.99 for only one pack. I told her NO and walked out!!! I refuse to be played with because of hair. I keep reiterating that without black customers, these stores will NOT survive. If you cannot value me, I will NOT purchase anything from you. I paid $14.99 for 1 pack from Hair Depot. Why would I give her $21.99 for the same thing when almost EVERY hair store sells this? I will continue to exercise my worth by saying NO to people who do not deserve my money. And by the way, in my opinion, this store is disorganized, dark, and rancid. You can barely walk in the door without bumping into a bubble gum machine and a lot of junk right at the front door. The best thing that I can do is to not go back. How much profit can a business make without customers?
I’ve been coming to this hair store for more than 5 years.. never have they Asked me to see my I’d to use my credit card..the lady argued with me about this and she hasn’t been 100% attentive over the years definitely lost a valued customer ..Customer Service is poor‼️‼️
I was sold "human" hair, false! I called and asked if I was able to return. They said yes and I drove 3 hours to get here from home, in Charlotte. They did absolutely nothing to help me. They are a complete rip off and there products smell like old cigarettes.
SUPER friendly AND helpful the entire time. There are other beauty supply stores closer to me but I intend on by passing them every time to go back here. Wide variety of lace fronts (both human and synthetic) as well as natural products PLUS numerous accessories. O! AND A 20% DISCOUNT GOING ON RIGHT NOW!!????????
I've been a few times. The ladies have been helpful. Their selection of wigs isn't the best, but they aren't the worst either. The prices seem high on some things, but overall they are comparable to other places.
This place is a well kept secret!! What a treat when I entered the store!! The lady's inside are knowledgeable in their products and share it freely! I can't wait to go back!
The staff is always friendly and ready to offer help. The store is always clean and the little sanitization station by the door is super convenient. 10/10 establishment.
